CANCELLATIONS: 

• More than 60 days prior to check-in: Full refund.
• 30-60 days prior to check-in: Forfeiture of 50% of the rent.
• Less than 30 days prior to check-in: Forfeiture of 100% of the rent.

NOTICE: A $1,000 damage deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 days after check-out, provided no damage is found in the property.
